30-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
Within 30 days of any purchase from FedResume Pro, you can request a full refund for any reason. We honor refund requests within 1-2 business days, usually faster.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@fed-resume-pro.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include the date of purchase if you have it. That's it — no form to fill out, no reason required.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5–10 business days, though it can sometimes be faster. We'll send you a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.
After 30 Days
We still want to hear from you. While the automatic guarantee covers the first 30 days, email us with your situation and we'll do what's reasonable. Genuine technical failures are always refunded.
Chargebacks
We'd much rather refund you directly than deal with a bank chargeback — it's faster for both of us. If you ever feel like you need to dispute a charge with your bank, email us first; we'll resolve it the same day.
Why This Policy Is So Generous
Veterans and federal job seekers get pitched a lot of overpriced services that hide behind small print. We didn't want to be one more. If FedResume Pro doesn't help you, you should get your money back without a fight. That's it.
